twisted in a dance

towards the sun, they reach out

heedless of red shades

blue-veined blooms flare out

their tutus swaying coyly

worshipped by the light

nature's adornment of birds

gushing clusters of freshness

let the narrow path widen

Upon reflection

 hard high rise lines distort in

pondering over life's

my heart sings with hope

when purple blooms erupt from

earth's harsh, ruthless grit
